BMW AUTOMATIC GEARBOX SERVICING

Although “BMW” say, automatic gearbox oil in BMW cars is lifetime, we all know that it isn’t true. As an example, ZF (the manufacturer of BMW automatic gearbox) states the oil in their gearboxes should be renewed every 100,000km (62,000miles) or 8 years at the very latest. From our experience, most of the time, these units fail due to lack of servicing or incorrect engine tuning (bent torque logic).

Here at DGMaps, we offer servicing of all BMW automatic gearboxes. Whether you have an old GM box, or a new ZF 8HP box – we have you covered!

Only genuine parts and official repair manuals are used. Correct gearbox service is guaranteed.

In addition to oil and filter change, we also offer mechatronic seal replacement on the ZF 6HP (6-Speed) gearboxes. Which are prone to leak and cause lack of internal gearbox pressure leading to bad gearbox operation or complete failure.
